The Internet of Things (IoT) brings promising opportunities and challenges.  One of the sub-areas, the Cyber Physical System (CPS), is attracting attention worldwide. A Cyber-Physical Systems is a system featuring a combination of computational and physical elements, all of which are capable of interacting, reflecting and influencing each other. Furthermore, social systems are evolving with cyber systems and physical systems along with the popularity of online social networking. With the advent of ubiquitous sensing and networking, future social networks turn into cyber-physical interactions, which are attached with associated social attributes.  The emergence of the cyber-physical-social computing will significantly change the way we see the world. In the meantime, the convergence of the physical, cyber, and social spaces will exhibit a variety of complicated characteristics, which brings more open issues and challenges for research communities.  In conjunction with iThings, IEEE International Conference on Cyber-Physical-Social Computing (CPSCom) seeks original papers in, but are not limited to, the following categories:

Cyber, Physical and Social Computing (CPSCom) Submission Categories

  1. Novel social computing and analytics on cyber-physical data and systems
  2. Novel cyber-physical social applications and case studies
  3. Issues about recommendations and information diffusions on emerging cyber-physical systems and networks
  4. Human-cyber-physical interaction
  5. Social Aspects and Services, Societal Impacts from Cyber-Physical Systems
  6. Sensing, Networking, and Computing with Smartphones and Wearable Devices
  7. Pervasive/Ubiquitous Control, Computing and Networking
  8. Reliability, Security, Privacy and Trust for CPS

All papers should be submitted in our on-line system in the format as below

Full Papers: up to 8 pages
Poster Papers: up to 4 pages

Prepare Your Paper in IEEE CS Format:
Your final papers MUST be formatted in accordance with the IEEE Computer Society format. It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the layout of your paper BEFORE submitting it to PDF eXpress™.

Please find the Templates (8.5" x 11" x 2): Microsoft Word Template (DOC, PDF) and LaTeX Template.

Please click Author Final Paper Preparation and Submission Instructions for detail information.

If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors must attend the conference to present the work in order for the paper to be included in the IEEE Digital Library. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of iThings2014 by IEEE Computer Society (CPS). Extended versions of selected papers will be considered for publication in IEEE Internet-of-Things Journal.
